Delivery

Orders are dispatched by overnight courier for next day delivery. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you would like delivery on a specific day however, please let us know as this can usually be arranged. 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to  working days but it is safer to allow 3, especially at busy times such as Christmas. Our UK Mainland standard delivery is charged at £8.00.

(Saturday delivery costs £25.00. We realise this is expensive but this is the minimum charge from our courier).

All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed in polystyrene boxes with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

At the moment we can only deliver to mainland UK destinations.

Orders received after 1pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday by 4pm.

Your order will be delivered any time between 8.30am and 4pm on the day that you have specified. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to give you an exact time for delivery, when you order, you can provide instructions for the courier telling them what to do should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage etc.



Cool-box controlled: fresh  products are delivered to you within 24 hours of being hand-cut and packed in an insulated, polystyrene cool-box to ensure freshness and maximise shelf-life.

Each product is individually packed and sealed for your convenience so you can store your meat easily and can use it in the amounts you want, when you like.
